STEP 01

Inquire

Choose specific PROJECT, LOCATION and MODEL and ask for the Quotation and  other details. Remember agents needs to perform  PRE-QUALIFICATION / Assessment on your personal details, so please be HONEST and state your needs and budget  so agent can suggest on what exact unit is suitable for you .  

STEP 02

Tripping

Once qualified, You're ready for a TRIPPING. Please give us your convenient  DATE and TIME for the tripping. Respect each others time so don't be late. In case of CANCELLATION of scheduled tripping ,  please notify the agent 1-2 days before the scheduled date of tripping to avoid inconveniences. Remember to bring the documents the agent told you so that you are ready if in case you like to reserve the unit. 

STEP

RESERVE

This step is the KEY  to your DREAM. After the tripping, you may choose the unit of your desire  if it is still available on the inventory. Finalize your decision  and comply with all documentary needed by them  and complete the form they will provide. Pay the RESERVATION FEE at the cashier or OIC /Staff of the developer. Make sure to ask for your RECEIPT and other signed documents for your copy.  Always be reminded with your next equity payment to avoid any penalties. For any other concerns, contact your agent for followup.
